LeNaya Smith-CrawFord

LeNaya found yoga while in graduate school earning her Masters in Marriage and family therapy. Yoga was her self-care and her sanity. LeNaya knew she wanted to take her practice deeper and offer yoga as a compliment to her therapy practice with clients. Her love and passion for yoga led her to yoga teacher training, where she earned her RYT 200 in vinyasa from Highland yoga.

LeNaya’s classes are playful yet challenging. She brings an athletic and therapeutic element to her classes designed to help you go inward, gain strength, flexibility and overall have fun!

Music plays a big role in her classes, she wants her students to “Vibe” while they flow. Pairing breathe with movement and movement to music because that’s the Seviin way!

LeNaya and her husband Branden are the owners of Seviin Yoga.

When she isn’t in session seeing clients or on the mat, you can find her going on random food adventures with her husband Branden.

KELLY SMYTH

Kelly (RYT-200) has been practicing yoga regularly since early 2013 when she accidentally stumbled upon a vinyasa class at her local gym in Florida. Being an athlete all her life, she fell in love instantly with the physical challenge and continued to practice for the next two years at her gym until relocating to Atlanta when she stepped into a proper yoga studio for the first time. After doing a deep-dive into her practice both physically and spiritually, Kelly finally bit the bullet and completed her 200-hour teacher training at Highland Yoga in early 2017... a decision and experience she will forever be grateful for.

Eileen PERSICHETTI

After practicing yoga off and on for nearly ten years, I finally decided to take the plunge and completed my RYT-200 at Highland Yoga in 2017.

My goal as a yoga instructor is to help others in my community discover a tool for self-care. Through the use of intelligent sequencing, breath awareness, safe modifications and assists, I assure accessibility to a practice that is wellness defined. I aim to create and hold space for individuals to explore their practice in a nurturing, non-judgmental environment that encourages growth.

Off the mat I spend my time snuggling my dog, Sunny and trying to convince my husband to do yoga.
