Join us Sundays in September starting the 9th for a prenatal yoga series:

In the prenatal yoga series, we will be focusing on Pranayama (breathing), safe ways to practice yoga in all stages of pregnancy and how to use props appropriately during pregnancy. The goal of prenatal yoga is to feel calm, relaxed and prepare your body at any stage of your pregnancy journey. $20 per class or $65 for the series. register online *NOT HEATED*
