Yoga & Release is a fusion of guided vinyasa flow and self-myofascial release with the use of yoga props and self-releasing tools. This practice seeks to reduce muscle adhesions/restrictions that limit movement and subsequently incorporating newly gained movement into sequenced yoga poses.
