Come join us on April 7th, 2018 for an afternoon of mala making and meditation. Malissa Mack, creator of Kai Jewlery Design will guide you as you make your own 108 bead mala. From there you will set a personal intention, create your mantra, and meditate with you mala for the first time.
Mala beads have been used as prayer beads for centuries in Hindu, Buddhist and Islamic cultures. Commonly strung with 108 beads, they serve as meditative talismans with each bead representing a repetition of a mantra.
