Vibe & Flow.
*HEATED POWER VINYASA*
Our signature style. We pair breath with movement and movement with music. You will get stronger, more flexible and more present while vibin' to eclectic beats and upbeat sounds. Be prepared to sweat during this 60-minute heated(90-97 degrees) class.
Vibe & Chill.
This class is half vin[yasa] half yin. We start with a sequence you can vibe to and end with juicy stretches and holds to help you chill. Be prepared to sweat and restore during this 60-minute heated (88-92 degree)class.
YOGA Boot camp
A fast-paced fitness focused class, designed to incorporate Hiit workouts with vinyasa. be prepared to sweat and do a squat or 50 in this 60 minute heated (90-95 degree) class!
Unwind after a long week with this part yin and part restorative class. Be prepared to unwind with deep stretches to release your muscles and restorative poses to quiet your mind. This is a 60 minute warm (80 degrees) class.
Please sign in at the front desk or online before entering the practice space. Get your yoga cred!
Please remove your shoes before entering the practice space. We want to keep the floor clear for our vibe and flow action.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts. If you're running late,no biggie just give us a ring and we got you! (Max 10 mins after class begins)
We know you love your yoga fam but please keep conversations to a minimum before class. Some yogis are getting in the zone.
If you need to leave class early please leave before savasana.
Please clean borrowed mats, roll and place them back on the rack and return all used towels to the used towel bin.
